在檢測(cè)小鼠組織抗原的實(shí)驗(yàn)中，我們經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到所找到的一抗只有小鼠來(lái)源的情況，也就經(jīng)常會(huì)存在著多種疑慮：比如抗小鼠的二抗不僅識(shí)別小鼠源性的一抗，同時(shí)也識(shí)別小鼠組織中內(nèi)源性的小鼠免疫球蛋白，因而背景非常高。
而實(shí)際上，在這種情況下，只要選擇適當(dāng)?shù)姆忾]試劑，就會(huì)得到很好的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。Vector公司專門(mén)為此開(kāi)發(fā)了M.O.M.™試劑盒，試劑盒中含有特異性的阻斷試劑，可以消除內(nèi)源性小鼠免疫球蛋白的影響，從而解決了使用小鼠源性一抗檢測(cè)小鼠組織抗原的高背景問(wèn)題，保證*佳的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
