花生四烯酸是細(xì)胞膜的主要組分之一, 通過環(huán)氧合酶(cyclooxygenase, COX)和 脂 氧 合 酶 (lipoxygenase, LOX)途 徑分別產(chǎn)生以前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2, PGE2)和白三烯B4(leukotriene B4, LTB4)為代表的類花生酸類物質(zhì)。LTB4由響應(yīng)炎癥介質(zhì)的白細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生, 并活化多種白細(xì)胞功能, 包括白細(xì)胞聚集、離子流活化、增強(qiáng)溶酶體中酶的釋放、超氧陰離子的產(chǎn)生、趨化等。白細(xì)胞活化后,血漿中LTB4的水平從<100pg>100ng/ml。LTB4在白細(xì)胞和肝細(xì)胞中代謝為20-羥基LTB4和20-羧基LTB4, 不排泄在尿液。
