BioXcell InVivoPlus anti-mouse CD8α克隆號YTS 169.4單克隆抗體能與小鼠CD8α反應。CD8抗原是一種跨膜糖蛋白,作為T細胞受體的共受體。與TCR一樣,CD8與抗原呈遞細胞(APC)展示的I類MHC分子結(jié)合。CD8主要在細胞毒性T細胞表面表達,但也可在胸腺細胞、自然殺傷細胞和一些樹突狀細胞亞群中發(fā)現(xiàn)。CD8最常見的存在形式是由一個CD8α和一個CD8β鏈組成的異二聚體,然而,它也可以是由兩個CD8α鏈組成的同二聚體。CD8α和CD8β鏈均與免疫球蛋白可變輕鏈具有顯著同源性。每個CD8鏈的分子量約為34 kDa。BioXcell InVivoPlus anti-mouse CD8α克隆號YTS 169.4抗體在體內(nèi)使用時顯示出depleting活性。
