15-deoxy-Δ12,14-PGJ2(15-d-PGJ2)是PGD2的最終脫水產(chǎn)物之一,通過(guò)中間體Δ12-PGJ2形成。生理?xiàng)l件下,15-d-PGJ2存在于體液中,濃度介于10^(-12)至10^(-9)M,但在感染和炎癥等應(yīng)激條件下會(huì)急劇增加。在細(xì)胞類型和濃度的影響下,15-d-PGJ發(fā)揮促進(jìn)和抗炎癥作用,其中許多作用是通過(guò)與過(guò)氧化物酶體增殖劑激活受體(PPAR-γ)的γ異構(gòu)體結(jié)合而介導(dǎo)的。15-d-PGJ2似乎通過(guò)一種與PPAR-γ無(wú)關(guān)的機(jī)制誘導(dǎo)HO-1的表達(dá),該機(jī)制由活性氧(ROS)的產(chǎn)生介導(dǎo)。
